Amanda Kourafas is an experienced lender with over three decades in the mortgage financing industry.

Amanda specializes in working with buyers who are buying a larger home or downsizing. She aids buyers in developing a strategy to manage their home search while waiting for their current homes to sell.

Knowledgeable, resourceful, and responsive, Amanda offers concierge mortgage services for her clients. It is her goal, for buyers and agents alike, to demystify the mortgage process.

Amanda received her BA from Tufts University. She is also the co-founder of the Wayside Business Exchange and she’s a member of Success in the City, National Association of Divorce Professionals, and the Parents Committee of Fusion Academy in Newton. Amanda is a member of Charter Oak Country Club and is a self-described bad golfer. Her family enjoys spending time at their second home in Vermont.
