Francisco has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Becker College and completed coursework at the Xinnix Mortgage Academy. He currently serves on the board of the Worcester Affordable Housing Trust Fund; is a board member of the MetroWest/ Greater Worcester’s Habitat for Humanity; and is an ambassador of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce.
