About

Timothy Kickham has been unlocking potential in the mortgage industry since 1985. He has wide-ranging experience working with first-time buyers as well as repeat buyers in various loan programs. Tim’s focus is to help his clients obtain the best mortgage loan program for their purchase or refinance needs so they can step into the home of their dreams. He is proficient in FHA, VA, various first-time homebuyer loan programs, and jumbo mortgage loan programs. He makes it a priority to attend closings and enjoys seeing the loan process from beginning to end to ensure his client’s ultimate satisfaction throughout the transaction. His many repeat clients are a testament to his ability to provide superior customer service and help them on their journey home. Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Outside of work, Tim is active in the community and serves as the vice president of the Brookline Chamber of Commerce board. He’s also a member of the Newton/Needham Chamber of Commerce, the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association, the Needham Beth Israel Deaconess board of advisors, and The Needham Community Revitalization Trust fund board.
